was created as a holding company with the purpose of acquiring additional exclusive licensing rights for distribution of branded upscale luxury goods within the handbag and accessory category, primarily within the United States, Duty Free USA, and Caribbean. 

The objective of the company is to develop and expand brand awareness relating to the quality and global recognition for the brands the company currently holds under exclusive licensing agreements. The sole purpose, maximizing multi channel distribution within the 7.7 billion dollar luxury handbag and accessory market. 

Exclusive Brands Holdings, Inc. currently owns the right to distribute Lancetti Handbags  within the United States, Duty Free USA, and Caribbean. Within the United States under an Exclusive Travel  License Agreement, Select Brands Holding, Inc. owns the right to distribute, Cerutti 1881, Francesco Smalto, Carven, Emmanuel Ungaro, and Jean Louis Scherrer. 

Exclusive Brands Holdings, Inc. owns and operates two wholly owned subsidiaries Exclusive Brands International, Inc., and Paris Luxe Distributors, Inc.. The two wholly owned subsidiaries have two separate and distinct purposes. Exclusive Brands International, Inc. acts as the distribution arm of the parent Select Brands Holding, Inc. insuring that the upscale luxury brands that the parent owns are marketed and distributed to the correct upper end retail channels ultimately finding their way to the consumer. Paris Luxe Distributors, Inc. acts as an import and distribution company for fine luxury goods procured throughout the world utilizing the company’s vast contacts within the fashion industry. The brands that are procured are leaders in the fashion industry with high profile, that are ultimately delivered to  large mass merchandisers and retailers throughout thecountry.
